We all like to see reviews.  Some are good and some are bad.  We do try to please as many people as we can but have learned in life that is just about impossible.  However we will make it right within reason.  I will always take the good reviews with the bad reviews but I will always ask of you before you leave us a bad review to allow us to correct any issues that may occur.  But that sometimes is impossible too.  In most cases it is the lack of knowledge or understanding of what services are being provided or what is being quoted or expected.  Sometimes quotes are not apples to apples per say.  Some reviews are stress relief for some people and we will be more than happy to accept that if it makes them feel better because it is frustrating when you have a crappy day on top of having to spend money on your crapper tank.
