Our Maintenance Contracts are maintenance only and general inspection of listed components per contract. We do not inspect for systems that have been altered or changed from original design.
The technician is not an expert but has been trained to do routine maintenance only as trained.
Repairs or Work orders. Our technicians are trained to perform your repairs as requested. No further inspections or maintenance may be performed due to time constraints and knowledge of repair technician. In the event other failures occur this is considered an additional service even if the repair technician or maintenance technician was just out there. If it is a warranty items we will warranty that particular item only.
Pumping or Sludge Removal. No inspections will be performed due to knowledge of this technician or helper. They are trained to transport sludge. Any items that may be damaged under ground or on top of ground locating tanks or accessing the lids are at the expense of property owner. There should be no items over the septic system and risers should be available for access to prevent damage. Unfortunately if we have to dig this system does not meet current codes and regulations. B & J Wakefield Services and employees are not liable for any damages accessing tanks.
At no time any reports are to be used for any real estate transaction or as real estate inspections. Only the Maintenance Provider or Installer of the company may provide this service on a case by case basis and is a fee based service.
In the event you do not agree to our terms and agreements please contact our office to terminate our services that are scheduled.
