You can also scan the QR code on your control panel to schedule a work order when you go to silence your alarm.  Just open your camera, point it at the QR code on the left and click the link that pops up on your screen.  That will open a window for you to request a work order.  That QR code is unique to your system so it will already have your information prefilled for you.  Then once you hit submit it goes straight to our scheduling page.
