All repairs will require authorization. Payment will due at time of services rendered. If no one is available to make payment technician will not repair system.
Weekend service calls will be for backups in house only. Please remove clean out cap outside house before calling to prevent damage and to verify that you have a septic issue.
Weekend rates are $125 service call plus labor rate at 1.5 times due to overtime. $75 service call during normal business hours.
Contracted customers rates vary.
